This past summer I hiked the Cat and Thomas Mountain loop with my mom, brother and our dog Zeke. This was about 7 miles all together, but the view was worth it. My brother Sean led most of the way, while I helped make sure Zeke kept up.

This hike is one of the easier ones I have been on. Although it is long, there are no points that are particularly challenging. There are multiple points where you can stop to take a break and enjoy the view. Just remember your bug spray (it was very humid and all of the bugs were out) and you’re all set for an enjoyable hike with an amazing view of the Adirondacks!
